The garment (1) serves to combat cellulite and/or venous and lymphatic insufficiency in at least one determined area of a lower and/or upper member. This garment is composed of an elastic knitted shell having an inner face (1a) and an outer face adapted to the restraint with a degressive rate of pressure of the distal extremity of the member toward its proximal extremity, and it comprises a projecting relief structure (5) placed on the portion of the inner face corresponding to said area (20). This projecting structure is capable of locally modifying the curvature of the knitted shell when the garment is worn whereby increasing the compression exerted by the garment in said area (20). |
