The invention relates to carrying out a one-layered winding for three-phase electrical machines with poles commutable in the 4:6 ratio, at 36 grooves uniformly distributed at the periphery of the armature, so that from the total of 18 coils, on each phase, there are 6 coils serially connected, for the low rotary speed corresponding to 6 poles (1000 rpm), respectively, two groups of 3 parallelly connected coils (two paths of current in parallel), for the high rotary speed corresponding to 4 poles (1500 rpm). The change of the pole number takes place by changing the sense of the current running, through one of the two paths of current in parallel. According to the invention, the winding consists, in a first variant, of 14 singular coils, all having the pitch of 7 grooves (1-8) and two groups of two coils serially connected according to the end-start rule, with the pitch of 6 grooves (1-7). In another constructive variant, the winding may be also made of 18 coils, each being located in one layer as a chain winding, all having the pitch of 6 grooves (1-7). In the first variant, the ends of coils are made of crowns of coil groups, and in the second variant, in a crown of equal coils. The connection between the coil ends and the two-coil groups, respectively, in order to create heteropolar magnetic fields, corresponding to the two polarities, is well determined, as well as the number of turns of various coils, for carrying out the two polarities (4 poles and 6 poles), in the condition of reducing to maximum the magnetic asymetries of the three phases, both from the point of view of the first harmonic of the magnetic voltage in the entrefer, and from the point of view of the upper harmonics and fractionary sub-harmonics.
|
