<p>The invention relates to a process for neutralizing inert ash containing metal elements with high molecular weight or heavy metals and metallic aluminium. A reagent selected from phosphoric acid and alkali-metal phosphates is added to the inert ash, the resulting phosphate being then subjected to a stage of consolidation with water and hydraulic binder to form a hydraulic mortar. The resulting mortar is subjected afterwards to consolidation, stiffening or hardening stages.</p> |
