There has not been a robot capable of performing dialogue specialized for a user. Various information sets accompanying an object are stored as values of corresponding items of the object. A topic associated with a topic used in a conversation immediately before is selected. An acquisition conversation for acquiring a value of an item in the topic selected or a utilization conversation utilizing the value of the item in the topic already stored is generated as the next conversation. Here, the value acquired by the acquisition conversation is stored as a value of the corresponding item.
