PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renewal structure of a final disposal site to effectively reuse the final disposal site reclaimed with waste. SOLUTION: A simple bank 1 is constructed on wastes 20 close to the inside of an existing bank 10 of the final disposal site, and a liner treatment is applied onto the inside surface of the simple bank 1 to construct the renewal structure of the final disposal site. Construction of the simple bank 1 on the wastes 20 inside the existing bank 10 allows reuse of the used final disposal site which is completed in reclaiming the waste 20. The liner treatment on the inside surface of the simple bank 1 prevents leakage of polluted water with harmful substances dissolved therein. Since only the simple bank 1 is constructed and the liner treatment is applied, the construction cost is made inexpensive and economical. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
