摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good reconstructed image by removing artifacts which are fundamentally generated during the image reconstruction as a result of misalignment of an X-ray detection device or misalignment of auto focusing. SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus comprises an X-ray source 3 and the X-ray detection device 7 having a lot of channels arranged confronting a space where the X-ray source and an subject are positioned. The X-ray CT apparatus reconstructs information provided by a scan to turn the X-ray source around the space which the subject was arranged at least in the channel array direction using the reconstruction parameter and/or beam position information. The X-ray CT apparatus is also equipped with an auto focus position sensor 9 for detecting a relative auto focus position of the slice direction of the X-ray source to the X-ray detection device before scanning or during scanning, and a reconstruction device 25 which performs reconstruction correcting a gap of an X-ray pass in the slice direction, based on the detected relative focus position.
