The compositions comprise polymers an d copolymers that are effective in modulating the activity of enzymes associat ed with inflammatory conditions. The methods comprise administration of effecti ve amounts of such compositions to treat or prevent inflammatory conditions to sites of inflammation or potential inflammation.
