SOLUTION: The refrigerant cycle device is provided with a solar battery SD and a refrigerant circuit formed by annularly connecting a compressor 10, a gas cooler 154, a pressure reducing device, an evaporator 157, and the like, using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant and reaching a supercritical pressure on the high pressure side. Power generated by the solar battery SD is applied to an electric element 14 for operation.
