PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration storage wherein a refrigeration unit wherein a compressor, a condenser, a refrigeration box, or the like are integrated can be attached without trouble to a bottom wall of a heat insulating box body such that cold air circulation can be carried out. SOLUTION: The refrigeration storage chamber is provided with a cooler and a blower housed in a refrigeration chamber composed in the refrigeration box, the refrigeration unit wherein the compressor, the condenser, or the like are provided and integrated, a cold air discharge opening and a cold air suction opening formed on the bottom wall of the heat insulating box body comprising a ceiling of a machine chamber, and communicated with a storage chamber interior and a machine chamber interior, a pair of suspension rails provided on both side upper parts of the refrigeration unit, and a pair of support rails positioned in both sides of the cold air discharge opening and the cold air suction opening, and provided on the bottom wall of the heat insulating box body. In a state of the suspension rails supported on the support rails, a discharge side and a suction side of a refrigeration chamber correspond to the cold air discharge opening and a cold air suction opening lower side, and a lifting mechanism is provided for lifting the refrigeration unit in a bottom wall direction in this state.
