PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head gasket capable of preventing dents from occurring in engine members by reducing seal surface pressure produced just near around a hole for a cylinder bore and also capable of developing sufficient seal performance in a low rigid engine. SOLUTION: In this cylinder head gasket 1, a second metal sheet 20 is laminated on a first metal sheet 10 having a folded back part 11 formed by folding back the area thereof near the periphery of the hole 2 for the cylinder bore, and a ring-like sheet 30 having a bead 31 is disposed in the folded back part 11 of the first metal sheet 10.
