PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide power a conversion equipment for a rolling stock, which can reduce the influence of resonance current, between a converter circuit and an inverter circuit and filter capacitors to the utmost, and furthere, can achieve, making the size compact and light weight. SOLUTION: A converter unit external jointing terminal 20a of DC output is provided on the side of an inverter unit 15 on the rear side of a converter unit 13, and an inverter unit external jointing terminal 20b is provided on the side of a converter unit 13 on the rear side of the inverter unit 15, and the converter unit external jointing terminal 20a and the inverter unit external jointing terminal 20b are connected with each other by a DC link conductor 22.
