PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining joint of a steel plate panel and its joining method, used for a steel-concrete composite floor slab and a steel-concrete composite floor slab bridge. SOLUTION: This method joins mutual bottom steel plates by butting steel plate panels of the steel-concrete composite floor slab and the composite floor slab bridge; projects a high strength bolt to an upper surface of a filler plate, by fixing the filler plate 5, by threadedly engaging with a screw hole 4 by inserting the high strength bolt 2 from the under surface side of the bottom steel plates, by superimposing the filler plate 5 for arranging the screw hole 4 in a position corresponding to a bolt hole, on a bottom steel plate upper surface in the vicinity of the joining end of the respective steel plate panels 1 provided with the bolt hole 3; and afterwards, performs butting joining by fastening by a nut 7 by being extended and superposed on the filler plate 5 in the vicinity of the joining end of the respective steel plate panels for butting a splice plate 6 so as to include a high strength bolt installing part.
