<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating transporting carriage capable of improving efficiency by realizing simultaneous coating on the exterior/interior surfaces with a small investment and obtaining the stable coating quality by controlling inner pressure of an object to be coated of a box structure. <P>SOLUTION: The object to be coated of a box structure with an opening part 2 formed on its bottom part 7 and a part of its side surface is placed on and transported by the transporting carriage 30. The transporting carriage 30 comprises an air permeable opening upper end 32 on its rear upper face, an opening rear end 33 on its rear side face, and a suction passage 31 for communicating from the opening upper end 32 to the opening rear end 33 on its back. An inner part of the box structure 1 with the opening part 2 formed on its bottom part 7 and a part of its side surface is ventilated from the opening upper end 32 through the suction passage 31 of the transporting carriage 30, and a coating nozzle is inserted from/taken out of the opening part 2 on the side face of the placed object 1 to be coated for coating the inner/outer faces with a plurality of colors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
