PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the paper mantle part of a conventional paper cover lamp stand for a dolls display is formed by paper or cloth, and manufactured by hand work requiring skilled technique, therefore, productivity is low and cost is high, and further, the paper mantle part is weak against shock and easily broken because it is made of paper or cloth. SOLUTION: The paper mantle part of the paper-covered lamp stand for dolls display is formed by using plastic like polyethylene, and formed by blow molding. A rough surface is formed on the outer surface of the paper mantle part by a high-frequency treatment or the like, and a colored pattern is drawn on the rough surface. Through-holes are formed at a top face and an underside of the paper mantle part, and a rising wall is formed at least at an opening edge the top face through-hole, and a frame body having an arc-shaped skeleton fitting an outer wall face of the paper mantle part is mounted thereon.
