<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build an optimum current control system at any time independently of the status of a load and accomplish stable driving of a motor. <P>SOLUTION: A motor driving device 3 comprises: a current detection unit 9 that detects a current passed through the stator winding of a motor 4; a speed control unit 11 that generates a current command value I* from the speed error between a target speed ω* and the rotational speed ω1 of the motor 4; a rotational output detection unit 18 that detects values associated with the rotational output of the motor 4; a current control gain correction unit 16 that corrects a preset current control gain, on the basis of the detected value of a rotational output; and a current control unit 12 that generates a voltage command value V* from the current error between the current command value I* and the detected current value, using the corrected current control gain. Owing to this current control gain correction unit 16, an optimum current control system can be built at any time independently of the status of a load, and stable driving of a motor can be accomplished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
