<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print control device capable of reducing a work amount of a user in document correction and reducing unnecessary consumption of a consumable item such as paper and toner and to provide a print control method, a program, a printer, and a printing method. <P>SOLUTION: Print data of a printed document are compared page by page with those of a changed document formed by changing the printed document. For a page results in disagreement in comparison, replacement printing processing is carried out. For a page results in agreement in comparison, unprinted processing is not carried out.
