PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a workload required for the construction or management of a system when a CPU whose endian is different exists in the system. SOLUTION: This inter-CPU data communication system for performing data communication among a plurality of CPU 12, 15, 21a and 22a whose endians are different is configured to set either a big endian or a little endian as the unified endian of the whole system, and provided with either a processing part which performs the rearrangement processing of a transmission side which, when its own endian is different from the unified endian, rearranges the data into the unified endian, and transmits the data or a processing part which performs the rearrangement processing of a reception side which rearranges the received data into its own endian, and stores the data in a memory regardless of the endian of the communication other party in a program for communication to be executed by the CPU.
