PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor plate supporting device applicable even when height from a foundation to a floor plate is small and capable of reducing cost. SOLUTION: This floor plate supporting device is provided with a bundle main body (for example, composed of a pipe member) 3 with a seat plate 3a seated on the foundation C which is arranged between the foundation (installation face) C of a building and the floor plate 2 in an erection condition, a bolt member 4 whose lower part is screw-fitted in an inner screw 31 formed in an upper part of the bundle main body 3, and a floor supporting plate 5 arranged so as to turn freely and fix at an upper end of the bolt member 4 to support the floor plate 2. When the bolt member 4 is turned in one direction (forward direction), the floor supporting plate 5 rises, and when an operation body 4 is turned in the other direction (reverse direction), the floor supporting plate 5 lowers.
