PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special prize device for game machine having small and simple structure, which make it possible to evoke novel interests in rotating and transferring of balls through a ball transfer means by changing light-emitting modes by a unit of partition where a ball is stored, and a game machine using it . SOLUTION: The rotating body 20 has a ball storing part 21 which is circumferentially separated in a plurality of partitions (e.g. six partitions) so as to store the game ball in each partition. The ball P stored in the ball storing part 21 is transferred between a ball introducing hole 31 and ball discharging holes 52 and 53. The rotating body 20 has a light-emitting part 22, in which light-emitting elements 41 (light-emitting bodies) are arranged corresponding to each partition of the ball storing part 21. Power source for light emitting is supplied from a slip ring 36 provided on a body part 30. A light-emitting control IC 48 (a light-emitting instruction means) is mounted on a lower light-emitting substrate 44 so that lighting positions (including lighting modes) of the light-emitting part 22 (the light-emitting elements 41) are changed by interlocking with transferring of the ball by the rotating body 20.
