PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem such as the generation of the expansion and contraction, deformation, degeneration or shear in register of the surface of a raw material due to temperature rise by the thermal influence given to the raw material as a curing object by infrared rays since the light source of the conventional ultraviolet curing irradiating device is an ultraviolet lamp and irradiates not only the ultraviolet rays but also the infrared rays as heat rays. SOLUTION: The thermal influence such as the expansion and contraction, deformation, degeneration or misregistration can be reduced by intercepting the infrared rays without reducing the ultraviolet rays through the formation of an air layer by blowing the air of a blower through horizontally blowing nozzles mounted at the lower part of the ultraviolet curing irradiating device and lowering the surface temperature of the raw material.
