PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary to frequently replace a protrusion and a block mounted on a vane with new ones since they are significantly worn away in the rotary vane of a recycling crusher that separates and collects various electronic parts without breaking the original shape of a disassembled printed circuit board. SOLUTION: In the vane that is rotated, a binder layer 4 is formed to integrate the protrusion 1 and the pedestal 2 fixing the protrusion into a unit at an end of an arm 5 extending from the rotary center 10 and to mount crushed pieces of ultrahigh chip on the surface of the unit.
