PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain an accessary in an intended flexibility and securing aesthetic appearance when being worn on the body. SOLUTION: In the accessary such as a necklace, this accessary connecting strand 1 is formed into a double structure by inserting a core wire 1a made of superelastic shape memory alloy into a tubular coil 1b formed by spirally and closely winding a wire made of superelastic shape memory alloy. This constitution can provide the connecting strand 1 with the intended flexibility and intended elasticity despite the thickness of the connecting strand 1 by arbitrarily selecting the thickness of the wires constituting the core wire 1a and the coil 1b. Alternatively, ornamental materials such as pearls are connected to the connecting strand to provide the accessory retaining the intended flexibility and securing the aesthetic appearance when being worn on the body.
