The present invention aims at, as one object, the further enhancement of the low power consumption of a display device having a SRAM. According to the present invention, a display device includes a drive circuit to which video data is supplied from the outside; video lines to which video signals outputted from the drive circuit are supplied; and pixels to which the video signals are supplied through the video lines. The drive circuit includes a memory which stores the video data in memory cells. Each memory cell of the memory includes a first inverter which has an input terminal thereof connected to a first node and an output terminal thereof connected to a second node, a second inverter which has an output terminal thereof connected to the first node and an input terminal thereof connected to the second node, a first-conductive-type first transistor which is connected between a first data line and the first node and has a control terminal thereof connected to a first word line, a second-conductive-type second transistor which is connected between the first data line and the first node and has a control terminal thereof connected to a third word line, a first-conductive-type third transistor which is connected between a second data line and the second node and has a control terminal thereof connected to a second word line, and a second-conductive-type fourth transistor which is connected between the second data line and the second node and has a control terminal thereof connected to the fourth word line.
