PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a push-pull cable from buckling or damaging without interposing a spring in an operating device for a working machine in which an operating member is connected to an operated member with the push-pull cable. SOLUTION: The operating device is equipped with a limiting means (26) of limiting the manipulated variable of the operating member (20) in a "push direction" of the push-pull cable (24).
