<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space-saving type information processor configuration allowing execution of processing corresponding to a security function module. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor is configured by integrating the security function module storing an equipment key, inside an MPU chip. In the information processor, secret information including data or a program applied to a data process executed inside the security function module is set as encrypted data applied with the equipment key, is imparted with a falsification verification value, and is stored in an external storage means. Thereby, a data amount of the secret information to be stored inside the security function module can be drastically reduced, and a large-capacity flash memory is not required. Accordingly, the security function module can be integrated inside the MPU chip having a main CPU, a mounting area can be reduced, and cost can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
