PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail for a man conveyor, in which a reversal rail is connected and fixed to a main rail without being welded, in which a reversal rail installing and removing work can be easily and simply performed, and in which the reversal rail can be installed with high dimensional precision. SOLUTION: This guide rail is provided with main rails 7a, 7b, 7c, and 7d to rotatably support rear wheel rollers of a plurality of foot steps that are endlessly circulated, and guide the rear wheel rollers 6 from one fold-back part to the other fold-back part, reversal rails 8a of a roughly U-letter shape connected to the main rails 7a, 7b, 7c, and 7d at the fold-back part to rotatably support foot step rollers, and reverse their moving directions, and connection members 11a and 11b fastening and fixing the main rails 7a and 7d to the reversal rails 8a, and having rolling surfaces that are flush with rolling surfaces of the main rails 7a and 7d and the reversal rails 8a.
