PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize aseptic filling while a consistent sealed state and an easy unsealability are ensured by providing a head for heat seal having excellent chemical resistance and high heat conductivity. SOLUTION: In the structure of a heat seal head, the inside thereof is formed of a material of high heat conductivity such as aluminum, copper, or heat pipe, and the outer surface thereof is covered with a corrosion-resistant material such as stainless steel or titanium. In a heat seal mechanism, a cavity part is formed in a guide member of a movable shaft to connect the heat seal head to a driving cylinder part, and sterilizing heated steam or chemical is distributed in the cavity part.
