PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire and its manufacturing method capable of making tension applied to a side wall part uniform and further sufficiently reducing pitch of a carcass cord at a tread part without requiring a complex and expensive molding device. SOLUTION: Since ends 12b, 12c of the carcass cord 12a are alternately arranged on an inner side and an outer side of a bead member 10 one by one respectively, the ends 12b, 12c side of the carcass cord 12a are not folded back to a part in a radial direction of the side wall part 2 and the number of the carcass cords 12a in the radial direction of the side wall part 2 can be made uniform. Further, since density in a circumferential direction of the carcass cord 12a at a bead side can be reduced to a half, the number of the carcass cords 12a can be increased by that much.
