<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a developer storing device where the deformation of the outside wall of a recessed part provided in a 2nd housing part is appropriately prevented, and to realize an image forming apparatus and an image forming system. <P>SOLUTION: The developer storing device has a housing which is equipped with a 1st housing part and the 2nd housing part, in which developer is stored, and where a projecting part provided in the 1st housing part and the recessed part provided in the 2nd housing part are welded by vibration welding in a state where the projecting part is fit in the recessed part.
