PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking position guide device and an on-vehicle position guide device capable of effectively carrying out guidance to a parking position. SOLUTION: On the basis of taste information about a parking position of a user of a guided vehicle 300, this parking position guide device 100 decides a parking position matching taste of the user from available parking positions in a parking lot and transmits the decided parking position to the user. The parking position is decided on the basis of parking space information about a parking space of each parking position inside the parking lot, and the parking space information is corrected on the basis of parking conditions of parked vehicles around the parking space.
