PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of binoculars permitting to easily adjust attaching positions of objective lens-barrels and easily replace the objective lens-barrels without the need for removing outer sheath covers for covering the main body parts of the binoculars. SOLUTION: A plurality of through-holes are formed on the outer peripheries of objective covers at equal spaces, and through these through-holes, the positioning for attaching the right and left objective lens-barrels are made adjustable in the orthogonal direction to the optical axis and is made detachable in the direction of the optical axis.
