A coil (2) fits with a clearance (8) in a hollow metal body (HMB) (6) that splits in the coil's longitudinal direction. The coil receives current from a source (1) of direct current voltage and then forces electrons outwards via its magnetic field as they are moved in the HMB on the basis of current flow as far as insulation (10) around the HMB.
