<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shrimp component-mixed noodles obtained by pulverizing materials such as shrimp shell and head, and adding the pulverized materials into noodles: and to provide a method for producing the noodles. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing noodles comprises the following process: heating the materials such as shrimp shell and head to remove moisture therefrom; processing the materials in a blender into powdery state; heating again the blended material to remove moisture generated when blended; blending again the materials to obtain the powdery ones; and admixing the materials to noodle material at 0.1-3.0 wt.% based on the weight of the noodles.
