<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share information on troubles of products in common via a network, and to improve visibility of trouble information. <P>SOLUTION: Client terminals 100a to 100d installed on service facilities or the like input trouble information of products to a maintenance information supply server 150 by associating with maintenance information. The maintenance information supply server 150 provides the input trouble information together with the maintenance information to each of the client terminals 100a to 100d. Thus, the plurality of client terminals 100a to 100d can share the trouble information in common.
