GLUCOSE CONCENTRATION MEASURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently detect the light of various wavelength bands so as to accurately measure a glucose concentration in non-invasive glucose concentration measurement.

SOLUTION: A glucose concentration measuring device 1 comprises: a light source for generating the light to irradiate a living body A; a light irradiation part 27 for irradiating the living body A with the light led from the light source 2; a reflected light receiving part 29 which is arranged adjacently to the light irradiation part 27 and receives reflected light diffused inside the living body A; a transmitted light receiving part 31 which is arranged facing the light irradiation part 27 across the living body A and receives the transmitted light transmitted through the living body A; a photodetection part for detecting the light received in the light receiving parts 29 and 31; and an arithmetic part for calculating the glucose concentration inside the living body on the basis of the spectrum of the light detected by the photodetection part.
