PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine for solving the problem of the increase of power consumption or the jamming of merchandise without making it unnecessary to perform any complicated adjusting operation. SOLUTION: The vending machine is provided with a merchandise storage container 2 equipped with a merchandise storage rack 5 inside, a merchandise shooter 7 for guiding merchandise discharged from the merchandise storage rack 5 to the downstream side and an internal door 30 arranged so as to be openable/closable in such a manner that the front opening of the merchandise storage container 2 is covered, and equipped with a merchandise outlet 31 for making merchandise guided by the merchandise shooter 7 pass through.
