<p>The active ingredient of the medicine of the present invention are tripeptide and its derivant, wherein this active ingredient is the tripeptide decided by following alternative general formula : (a) (L)Asn-(D)Trp-(L)Phe-NH2 or formula (A), wherein R1, R2, R3 discerned as independent functional group, fit may be hydrogen atom, C1~C5 alkyl group, halogen atom, amino-group, u- or p-alkane amid. Such medicine have strong action, well prognosis , and have no effect in human nomal HR, have no any harm or by-effect, and may be made into medicine of all kinds of dosage form, may also made into health care products.</p> |
