A threaded part (14) surrounds the pivot bearing axis (13) and supports in a load-relieving manner on the frame band (11). It is in threaded engagement with an axis bush (15) loaded on the pane or panel side. The axis bush is activated from rotary adjustment devices (17). The pivot bearing axis is provided with the rotary adjustment devices and is assembled with the axis bush in a rotary positive engagement manner.
