FIELD: metering of liquids. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for sterile bottling of vaccine, serums, nutrient media, medicinal aids into flasks and bottles. Device has case, metering mechanism and flexible hose. Metering mechanism has shaft mounted inside case, eccentric, clamping and support strips, cams, levers, sucking and pumping clamps, two motionless rests, adjusting screws and guide pin. Eccentric is fixed onto shaft and is connected with clamping strip mounted for reciprocal movement. Cams are fixed onto the shaft as well. Cams are connected with levers. There are two clamps at the ends of levers. Two motionless rests are mounted in alignment onto the shaft. Clamping strip is mounted between motionless rests in alignment with support strip. Support strip is fixed onto the case, the strip can move in the direction of clamping strip by means of adjusting screws mounted on the case. Guide pin is disposed in slot of clamping strip, the pin mounted onto the case. Flexible hose is disposed between support and clamping strips. The hose is fixed onto the case by means holder. Device provides précised metering of liquids with viscosity being less than 4 cPs to keep their sterility.
