FIELD: concentration of minerals; floatation of non-ferrous, ferrous, rare-earth and noble metals and non-metallic minerals. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes classification of pulp in hydraulic cyclone for obtaining sands and effluents, delivery of effluents of hydraulic cyclone for floatation separation at liberation of foam and chamber products. Hydraulic cyclone sands are divided into additional foam and chamber products in additional floatation chamber. Chamber product obtained from hydraulic cyclone sands is additionally ground and is returned for pulp classification. Additional foam product is liberated in form of independent concentrate or is directed for floatation separation. Delivery of hydraulic cyclone sands for their separation into additional foam and chamber products is performed from sand packing of hydraulic cyclone mounted vertically above additional floatation chamber along its axis in form of widening jet directly onto surface of pulp of additional floatation chamber. Sands may be delivered in form of hollow jet made by means of taper disperser. Air may be fed to this jet for control of its cone angle. ^ EFFECT: reduced degree of sledging of minerals. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
