PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solid preparation excellent in end face accuracy and having good appearance even in minute preparation having≤150μm diameter. SOLUTION: The method for producing the solid preparation comprises a step for forming a first layer which is a living body-binding layer or a sparingly water-soluble polymer layer on a substrate, a step for forming a medicine layer on the first layer, a step for forming a layer different from the first layer i.e., the living body-binding layer or the sparingly water-soluble polymer layer on the medicine layer, a step for cutting the resultant laminated body in XY direction by irradiating the laminated body with laser, and a step for releasing the cut laminated body from the substrate, adding individually the divided laminated body particles to a liquid containing an alkali-soluble polymer, mixing these particles with the liquid and applying an alkali-soluble layer to the outside of each particle.
