PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device capable of surely stopping a sheet at a prescribed position when the sheet is stacked, and an image forming device and an image reading device with the sheet feeding device. SOLUTION: When the sheet P is stacked on a sheet stacking part 12, a stopper member 41 is pressed by the sheet P, and turns from an initial position before the sheet P is stacked to a regulating position for regulating the sheet. The stopper parts 41, 42 are held at the regulating positions by engaging a gear 32 and a locking member 42. When the sheet P is fed by the sheet feeding means 15, driving is transmitted to the gear 32 to release engagement of the gear 32 and the locking member 42. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
