PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a decorative, corrosion-resistant, and heavy-duty surface by improving a method for manufacturing a coating layer and a layer system for a substrate composed of metal. SOLUTION: A step where the substrate (1) is coated with a adhesion layer (2), is coated with lacquer layers (3, 4), is subjected to plasma technical coating by metal (6), and is subjected to chromium plating (5) mainly by electroplating.
