<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute an advertisement to a number of customers from a delivery side while preventing distribution of an advertisement of no interest to a customer side. <P>SOLUTION: An individual storage 30 stores commodity information for a commodity purchased by a user which is received from a user terminal 10. A store database 50 stores commodity information for commodities treated in each of a plurality of stores, which is received from each store terminal 20 used in each store. A determination part 41 determines the user's taste for commodities based on the commodity information stored in the individual storage 30. A retrieval part 42 retrieves the store database 50 and extracts commodity information showing commodities matched to the user's taste determined by the determination part 41.
