<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a controller of motor performing control of a motor or the state amount of a load being driven by the motor in which control is performed stably by suppressing mechanical resonance. <P>SOLUTION: The controller of a motor including a real filter for suppressing mechanical resonance and controlling the motor or the state amount of a load being driven by the motor to follow up a state amount command value comprises a virtual filter receiving a detected value of the state amount and having characteristics alterable through variation of parameters, and a virtual filter setting means for adjusting the parameters of the virtual filter. The virtual filter setting means corrects the characteristics of the virtual filter sequentially such that the output from the virtual filter approaches a standard response using the detected value of the state amount and a standard response from which mechanical resonance of the load is removed, and brings the characteristics of the real filter close to the characteristics of the virtual filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
