<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell with an improved structure of electrodes for raising efficiency, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized solar cell has a first electrode consisting of transparent material and disposed in face to face with a second electrode. A porous film which adsorbs dye is formed on the first electrode, and irregularity is formed in the second electrode on the surface opposite to the first electrode.
