PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of suppressing heel-and-toe abrasion effectively in the whole tread surface. SOLUTION: The height of blocks 17 disposed on both ends of the tread 12 is gradually decreased from a point OM at the maximum block height to a kick-out side end 17a and a step-in side end 17b in a cross section orthogonal to a tire rotary shaft. Moreover, at least one arc OR having a center of curvature inside a tire and a curvature smaller than that of the periphery of the tire is included in a border line connecting the point OM at the maximum block height and the kick-out side end 17a or the step-in side end 17b. Furthermore, at least one arc CR having a center of curvature outside the tire is included in a border line connecting a point CM at the maximum block height and a kick-out side end 18a or a step-in side end 18b in the cross section orthogonal to the tire rotary shaft of the blocks 18 disposed in other than the both ends of the tread 12.
