PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a lens from being shifted by a shock or the like given to a camera body. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a control device of optical equipment comprising a movable lens 10, an actuator, and a driving mechanism for transmitting driving force of the actuator to the lens, and the control device includes a decision means 50 for deciding whether or not a specific operation except the lens driving but accompanied by mechanical movement is to be carried out, and a control means 50 for controlling the actuator so as to bring a 1st state capable of transmitting the driving force into a 2nd state incapable of transmitting the driving force when the decision means decides that the specific operation be performed.
