PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a related device for a stage in proper timing with the advance of a play without requiring any complicated operation. SOLUTION: A controller 100 once receiving a speech signal generates a character string corresponding to the speech that the speech signal represents through speech recognition. Further, the controller extracts character string information showing words from a script file 5A. The controller judges whether the character string generated through the speech recognition is identical with the character string that the character string information extracted from the script file and extracts an instruction statement which is stored next to the character information when judging that they are identical.
