PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hotmelt adhesive composition allowing a label to be hardly peeled off even if being soaked in water at cooling or the like when the label is used, but allowing the label to be easily peeled off when a recovered PET bottle formed into pellets is soaked in a hot aqueous alkali solution and hardly allowing the label to be hardly stuck to the PET bottle again. SOLUTION: The alkali-dispersed type hotmelt adhesive composition contains (A) a thermoplastic elastomer, (B) a solid adhesion-imparting agent having≥100 mg-KOH/g and≤300 mg-KOH/g acid value, (C) a wax, (D) a glyceride of a 6-18C fatty acid, (E) a liquid rubber and (F) a liquid adhesion-imparting agent.
